He currently serves as the Director of Research Translation and AI Strategy at Baylor's Institute for Global Human Flourishing. He focuses on translating research on flourishing and virtue into practical tools and AI-enabled platforms for leaders and organizations.
Matthew formerly served as Associate Director at Harvard University's Human Flourishing Program and founded the Intellectual Virtues Program at John Brown University, a John Templeton Foundation-supported initiative. He is also the author of Ownership Unlocked: 4 Principles to Build Self-Driven Teams.
